My kids have called me “NickaDee” ever since they were little. Naturally, it was the first name that came to mind when deciding what to call our hot sauce.  Our sauce recipes are made with fire-roasted peppers, fermented chilies, smoked vegetables, fresh fruit and a blend of spices.
